Maria Luz Tembeckjian, CPA, is the Founder and Principal of The Beacon Group, where she is committed to guiding small businesses beyond tax compliance and toward sustainable, long-term growth. With a career rooted in taxation, Maria Luz is passionate about building trusted partnerships and helping clients navigate tax complexities.
She began her career in 2017 at a boutique accounting firm, working closely with small businesses and high-net-worth individuals to deliver tailored tax planning, compliance, and advisory solutions. She later expanded her experience at national accounting firms, further strengthening her technical expertise.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
